Whosoever is filling the s/s with their PR application details. Please update basic data this will help all of us in analyzing the trend.

For eg. one of the member (chak) didn't provide App. Received Date, PER received date, Medical request date, RPRF received date but updated the PPR date. Now what is the benefit of having this information.
