    Another "intent to reside" Question

Bill C-24, "intention to reside" clarification

Um no there's a flaw in your argument: Someone could still be resident in Canada and not have to pay taxes to CRA (if they are unemployed etc). Average Citizenship Application Time (RECEIVED to OATH)

So I've been going through the different threads (months, years, and regions) and would it be fair to say the following: 1) Average application time in 2015 from RECEIVED by CIC to OATH is 6-9 months? 2) Is the process faster in 2015 than 2014 or the same?

For those already "in process" when the new guidelines kick in...

So let's confirm once again in bullet points to make it simple and crystal clear for those in doubt: 1. Applications received on 10th of June or BEFORE: Intent to reside not applicable, whether application at RECEIVED or IN PROCESS. 2. Applications received on 11th onwards: It applies 3. The...

New Processing Procedure and Old Rules Application

Thank you for your answer. It would seem then that an "RQ-ed" application under the new processing system would most likely take less than the 24-36 months it took in the past, simply as they will have way less applications for an entire year and since they claim they have already cleared a...
