Hi: I applied for PR on Aug 2013 and received my AOR in Oct 1st week. I have not submitted my PCC yet. Do they ask for the PCC and then we should go ahead and submit it? Or should I just go ahead and do my PCC and submit is ASAP. Thanks in Advance - Ben
