Hi Shaya: After medical request ideally it takes 20 - 25 days to get a response. Its a good sign that u got ur medical request. I had submitted it upfront. When did u submit ur application? - Ben

If you have 1 yr full time with the same NOC category as specified under CEC then you should be fine. I applied after 13 mnts.

I belive they do not word it "that since ur wife is now pregnanat we have refused it" You should apply again. That cannot be the reason for rejection. Just ensure that the forms u fill u mention about you expecting a baby and then medical would not give any contradicting info.

Hi: I think they should take that into consideration. Because it just makes sense to me that if u have sent july - oct 2013 pay stubs means that u still have a job and continue working... Hope some1 more experienced can suggest.. toby???
