You are wrong. The baby automatically becomes a Canadian Citizen. It has nothing to do with the status of the parents.

TRV takes only a few days to get approved, All you need from your school is your Transcript (Anyone that is available) and your proof of enrollment or admission letter with your valid study permit.

I Applied on 20th March 2018 and it was approved on 22nd March 2018.....and got a passport request letter same 22nd I advise you to contact them by sending them an email or call them if you are in Canada
