Good day all,

Please does anyone knows any college in Ontario that doesn't require any tuition deposit before applying for Visa?

As long as they give you unconditional LOA before paying then they dont require any payment, Humber for instance.

But payment of fees might be required to get Visa under certain streams such as SDS.

Also fees deadline might come before you get your visa so you will need to pay anyway.
