Why are exams administered in controlled environment?

You sound as if you are having a bad time in Canada and don’t think Canada is prestigious ...so why are you applying for citizenship? Go and wait till it’s being handed out by mere looking at people before applying. For now, stop whining so others can wait patiently!

Well just as you write exams before you receive academic certs, you also need to demonstrate your understanding of Canada by passing a test. This is just but a small price to pay for getting such a prestigious citizenship otherwise, it would no longer be prestigious. See!
