Thanks ....as it remains, will it affect their citizenship app now when they submit?

They are yet to submit their apps for citizenship and just ordered their notes to review. Do those still pertain to them?

They are about to submit their apps this month end and have met their residency requirement and never left Canada since landing. They just ordered their notes and are worried with those entries.

My friends just received their notes and in it are some notes of “derogatory information” received. Anyone has an idea what this means and how it will affect their citizenship apps? Tnx

I see that you already have more than 1095 days from your Pr date of 2017-06-28. If I were in your position, I would choose not to claim the days from previous stays/statuses for easier processing. Just my 2 cents though ...others will chime in.

I requested for my kids and it took less than a month. After requesting with Health official, I also called DL office to request for expedited processing ...still BC

You can use expired for the bio page of passports /travel docs but can’t use expired as one of the 2pcs of IDs required. Both are different.

You use the physical calculator to recalculate. Also ensure the date you sign on the form is the same as that of the new calculator printout. https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/rescalc/resCalcStartNew.do

Did you request for expedited processing?

I think you may have to recalculate your days and sign current date. Pls reconfirm at the bottom of the instruction guide

Well said and commonsensical as per current dictates but am afraid the fear/paranoid mongering bunch and quick action seekers will find this too hard to comprehend. You can’t reason with such and best to allow them be in thier bubbles of illusion while they still do the WAITING game.
