Hey @Roby Koshy . There's another thread on this already. The IIITB PGD ML-AI and Data Science programs get WES equivalence of 1 year PGD so you'll get 32 points. UGC approvals are for university and not courses. As for AICTE, I don't believe any of the courses are AICTE approved. Hope that helps.

Hi All. I've checked with the Upgrad team formally and can confirm that the current Data Science curriculum has 36 credits as well. Good luck!

@upGrad : Can you please confirm the total credits for the current PGD Data Science program? There's conflicting information out there as to whether it's 24 or 36 credits for new batches.

Can't say really unless someone submits it to WES but consider the following: - The PGD for Data Science used to be 11 months as well until I think 1.5 years ago and all the WES approvals you've read about in this thread were for the 11-month program! - What matters more to WES...

Your experience during Bachelors may not count for CRS score but please do look around this forum, I've seen this topic being discussed in other threads.

The PGD course is valuable, no doubt about it. In the first 6-months, I learnt pretty much what data scientists at my company know and do. I am enrolled in ML&AI which I'd recommend isntead of the Data Science course because it goes into NLP, DL and Reinforcement Learning. I have not been placed...

@Nainoor_first : It is a must to submit your bachelor's degree along with your master's. So, it's best for you to simply add the master's to your existing WES report. BTW, how many 'years' was the community college diploma evaluated to - 3 years?
