i had same issue a year ago, i submit my certificate in a wrong place so they refuse my application, I call them in the same day I got refused and they found it, after few days I got approved!

Finally we see December applicants start receiving PPR! This is good news, hope they will clear all of us till end of this month!

Don’t know because I don’t have access to GCkey I have representative. Nothing changed on ECAS

Why you just not call them and ask? I call them ones in 2-3 weeks they alway answer me all my questions.....

Just called CIC My medical was extended for 1 more year, all the assessments passed, such as security, eligibility and criminality. Just waiting for PPR AR Dec 1 2017 MR May 9 2018

So this is the thing, it’s better to get interview than PPR because you don’t need to go to the border. But people from visa exempt country also get PPR but instead sending the passport they send a copy. So you may get a PPR or interview.

No, because if you from visa exempt country you still need to send copy of your passport

It’s better than PPR I think... because you don’t need to leave Canada or go to the border.... it will be same as “interview” at the border

So I just randomly called CIC today and the lady told me that I pass my security today.... So all the assessments passed but my medical expired yesterday so they asked for extension... Dec 1 2017 applicant

We never know what they will request... some people get extend some do it again... I am in same situation, my medical expired today. I called CIC the agent told me it’s not the officer decides to extend it it’s the head office in Ottawa. So we just wait and see.....
