Depends what you want to ask, basically just write that you applied xx time ago and you want to know what’s going with the application, from my experience they are not replying if you does not exceed processing time

I feel you.... but in my case everything is done almost 2 month ago... and still no DM.

So I send a Web form 10 days ago regarding my application, because it’s already more then 19 month since I applied and everything passed and medical extended since may 21. And guess what? Ha.... no reply. I lost my hope already and it’s pissed me off.... AR Dec 1 2017!
