In your case they have already determined your ceremony date, otherwise they ask for these stamps, even after successful interview; this is called additional evidence required, I have seen someone's case.

Yes, they are concerned with the 5 years of eligibility period from the date of application. They are concerned about your travel history within the last 5 years of eligibility period from the date of application. I believe this is my correct interpretation.

Hello PhdStream, When you receive the notice for test, you may ask them to change the time for one of you, instead of changing the date; this option is better than reschedule.

Yes, Ottawa is too slow, mine is in process since February 1, 2019. They have done test date for the October applicants whose file is in process up to December 31; you may find this on the October spread sheet. Your profile does not appear on the November spreads sheet...
