I did my test and interview on May 15, 2019, ECAS still shows three lines. It does not show Decision Made. I have called them two times. The agent says they are working on your file, the normal processing time is 12 months, if they do it early, they will invite you for oath.

You will need a Passport, it will take 2-3 weeks after applying it.
