People are from other visa offices and CPP-Ottawa are getting visa. But ISB and singapore are treated differently !!! Why they are different ???

You should fight for this man. People from 2008 even 2009 are getting visa. So discriminatory that you are still waiting. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bring this issue to your local MP and ask for ministry office for the explanation.

May be True fo ND LVO.ISB and Singapore LVO are very slow. My file still waiting to start processing, even though I apply 2007 and File was trasfer in Jan2012. So frustration and CIC discriminatory attitue hurt us. Don't see any hope soon.Inquery through MP, Singapore respond more 38 months to go.

Nothing. just inform ministry office. I wrote to ministry office but they smartly ignore that 2008 is getting visa before 2007.by asking for concent form for case specific inquirey.Don't know if anything positive will come !!!! just keeping hope to control frustration !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disagree with the delay for hidden factors. may be depends on visa officers and luck. I haven't find any strong reason for years of difference from one case to others. CIC simply don't follow the precedency of intial application time at all. I don't see any justice in this regard. some...

I did but they never reply back because file was transfer in Jan2012 and it's within processing time of 45 months.
