Blocking your cc is enough for CIC to return your 2nd applic unless it was not properly blocked by your bank. Make sure with your bank that no further charging will push through with the card.

I believe NOC 1111 was still safe CAPwise under that month.

Totally agree with you. But it is more important to have one's JDs matching with the selected NOC and capturing the lead statement than having numerous JDs. ;) ;) ;)

My reference letter did not mention working hours nor full-time but I still got PER. For sure you will be safe regarding that issue. But it is very advisable to make your ref letter complete to be very safe. ;) ;) ;)

It's not always advisable to put around a lot of JDs in the ref letters. What's important is you were able to capture the lead statement of the NOC and the main duties mentioned. As far as I remember, Diplomatru only put 3 main duties in his ref letter. In fact, putting a lot of JDs may increase...
