    They might be upgrading their systems. Express entry will be the primary source of economic migrants starting next year. So they need to be ready as they are moving for paper-based applications to online ones.

    As long as you worked legally after graduating, it shouldn't be a problem. After you graduate, you will be eligible after completing 12 months full time work. Doesn't have to be under PGWP.     1500 invitations per month should increase at least sometime in the next year since it's not enough to fill immigration targets. I think CIC significantly reduced their backlog from economic streams this year. Maybe they are waiting for the new calendar year or the new government to pass...

    Perfect thanks. You are the first person I saw who got their bowp approved using express entry and applying after May 20. May 20 was the date when they updated bowp eligibility requirements on their website. You wrote a letter of explanation too right?
