I just checked VAC offices in India on CIC website and its still showing temporarily closed

Yes they are , you can check on www.cic.gc.ca or call there call centre to confirm

You dont need to show income for spousal sponsorship, though they ask you for employment letter and Noa's of last 2 years. All they check is you are not on EI or any grant. Hope this helps :)

Sorry but as per my understanding States borders are yet not to be open till June 21,2020 and after that also I believe they are going to observe because states is epicenter for COVID.

Hello, Has anyone got any update from NDVO, Our application received date is Sept 19,2019, Medicals and Biometrics completed in December. File moved to NDVO on Jan13,2020 and AOR-2 on Jan 29,2020. After that no update.

I asked about my office in New Delhi and hopefully if international offices are working , I think Canada will be processing too, I also called CIC call centre and there automated message also says they are processing slowly.

I called my consultant today and she said the offices are closed but they have started processing application from this week. Hopefully we will hear something soon, my application is 69% complete and how about yours ?

I am in Toronto but still waiting as you, feel so low due to these unprecedented times and delays in immigration process. Will keep you posted if I have an update. All the best !!
