Once your Eligibility and background is complete then it will change, its a long process though.

We did not had any such message but when we checked GC key we had our Pre-Arrival. Have you checked your GC key and if you are using a Immigration Rep then they might have received an email too.

Hey, First our status was changed to In process on October 2,2020, there was no message update in ECAS and Then when we checked our GC key we had our Pre-arrival services letter on the very same day.

My representative informed me that VFS is working remotely but its VAC which is closed and they need to stamp the passports.

No, we just received Pre-Arrival letter in GC key

We got application received confirmation by NDVO after it was moved, we have a representative so she informed us.

Representative gets an email when GC key account has a new message, We have our GC key account access, you can check in your GC key account :)

No change in ECAS, it happened in GC key

We are Sept 2019 applicants - AOR 1 - Sept 19,2019 , Biometrics and medicals approved in Dec 2019 and Application moved to NDVO on Jan 13,2019. Fingers Crossed !!
