Hi, congrats for ur PER :-) If they have changed ur vo from new delhi to dakar, then that means if u need to send additional documents such as pcc or any other doc then it is to be send to new visa office rarher than new delhi?

Agree, however at this stage the file is with the CIC not with VO. this is my understanding as when PER is given then only the file is transferred to VO.
