Hi Gurminder, If the photo or passport is older than 3 years, you can seek for renewal of passport ( as minor passport is valid for 5 years only) , passport authorities can accept the request for change of photo as well. Regards, Atin

Hello Guys, The Well Singapore VO office has recently transferred my file to New Delhi, I am not sure whether NDVO will send me notification on completion of transfer. My first AOR was received on 2nd April 2013. Not sure when MR will request will come in hand. Any advise ? Regards, Atin
