Yes understanding is correct. Even if you submit your application it will take 2-3 months to get MR, if you are expecting the baby in mean time, then update CIC about new dependent. Good Luck

Hi All, My application is also delivered by DHL on the 26th and is signed by GLEN Miler.

You should update information to the CIC. If delivery happens before you PNP application finalized, you can update newborn as dependent.
