Hehehe...'nothing endures but change' seems to be a firm favorite among CIC mottos :P Just to shore up what you're saying, I got a email response from Ottawa in 3 days this time (last week of Jan) compared to the first one which I raised on 19th Dec and was responded to only on 5th of Jan!!!

Looks like CIC has increased people in the ATIP section at the expense of decreasing the headcount of visa officers who are supposed to be reviewing our files :p Hence notes are coming faster while files are moving slower :D

True that! I've ordered another set of GCMS notes two weeks ago though, so should be able to update the forum in another two weeks on what has been happening on my application - while I suspect it's simply gathering dust, I need my notes to be completely sure :P

Hehe...thanks for boosting my morale ;) However , it likely means that there is really nothing happening on my application - both eligibility and security are forever frozen at MET and NOT STARTED respectively - so the agents are starting to feel sorry for moi :P
