you can mention that as a covering letter and it should be fine.Werent you requested for medical, you got ppr without medical or when was it done

whats your timeline, the federal part of the timeline and i think you can still submit your passport even if your are outside, there is no need to worry.

Your case is similar to mine. I updated the docs they requested on 2 july and still waiting. But how do u know that ur file is at preliminary evaluation stage. There is no way that they confirm at what stage the file is. Did you call them or did you receive any email confirming the same. If so...
