It is confirmed.. if you apply as a single applicant you dont need wife's ECA . But if you apply with your spouse and you want to claim points for her/his education you hav to get his/her ECA done. But if u didnt provide ECA u will Loose points..

U should only apply for NOC that u can get LOR of. Otherwise u wont be able to satisfy ur elegibilty to CIC for that NOC. Go fir 2282.. there r equal chances of gettin job in each NOC.

as told early, If your Bachelors is required as min. qualification for your main NOC, then you have to apply for assesment..

Dear Friend , if your main NOC (NOC under which you are applying) requires your bachelors degree as minimum qualification then you will need to get ECA for that too..
