buddy don't scare him. All the files that have verification have the MISREPRESENTATION section whitened so any kind of verification will be counted in that. He is not the first one to have it.

Yes I have GCMS. Criminality & Security not started. My file is in verification. I can see section s.16(c) in my GCMS. If you are waiting for more than 2-3 months after TLU and nothing is pending, then you should get GCMS and check if you have these sections

I agree with you. There is no verification happening in new cases and all are being cleared immediately after TLU but cases like us are stuck for more than 1 year now

I am in similar situation as you but after TLU.

I have just visited Sweden thrice and that too for less than 30 days each time. No PCC

Don't want to scare you bro. But this is true at the moment in my case. I have seen GCMS and s.16(c) got applied after TLU. So you never know. I don't see any reason for verification in my since I have 5 years of exp and I score 67+ even with 1 year exp. I score 80 with 4 years exp. I am not yet...

Yes it is possible. My file is in verification after TLU. I got TLU 9 months back.
