BOWP is for someone hold valid work permit plus AOR and nominated letter( if you apply thru PNP)... U can only have someone to offer you the job which will also apply for LMIA, then get a closed permit under that company. even post grad work permit will only provide the validity based on the...

every province requirement different... if you apply thru EE. you need overall of band 7 and above....

if you are currently with open permit and tried to apply BOWP... i dont think u need to say yes to job offer... that is for LMIA part... support letter is from the pnp office.and again you do not need it if you are not applying for closed permit with LMIA condition.

i think better not assumed they are having same policy cause they works differently.

your pnp program should tell you what they need as minimum... federal can be varies depends on whether u have a job or not.
