You must have had that to apply in first place (as it is one of the required documents for application), did you loose it ? As far as I know that's a very important document and you'll keep it (and need it) even after you become a citizen. If you lost it, I would suggest you apply for a new one...

I appreciate the insight -- I have heard/read mostly good things about the Windsor office but I'm not keeping high hopes for a speedy process since my case is a family application which is slower in general anyway. Plus I have no plans of leaving or staying outside of Home/Canada anytime soon...

My application was transferred to Windsor's local office on March 13th. I guess it varies by case and also if it's single/family. I have a friend who applied in July, received AOR (by regular mail) in December, got the test invite at the end of January, got oath date on the spot after the test...

Congrats to all of you getting test dates, passing scores and oath dates! Glad to see things are moving to everyone. My application updated today on ecas: "Your file was transferred to the Windsor office on March 13, 2015. The Windsor office will contact you." I'm sure glad to see any updates.

I can tell you that a friend of mine got a "white" test invitation and after passing he got oath invitation on the spot for a week later, so at least here in Windsor the white paper doesn't seem to mean anything bad.

If I got an oath date after the test I would miss just about anything else to go to it.. weddings, funerals, deathbeds, job interviews/meetings, doctor appointments, etc.. I would be willing to get fired over it. Something would have to >physically< stop me from going to it... I would be willing...

Congrats! I think you're the first September applicant with e-mail AOR to get a test invite (or at least that I seen)! Since you asked: I got e-mail AOR on Feb 1st and since then no change on ecas -- just says Received on Sep 30th 2014, no in process or anything. I will update the thread on any...

Did anybody from September who got email AOR receive a test invite ? It seems that not all regular mail AOR recipients got faster processing times but it does seem that all faster processing applications had regular mail AOR.

This may be just my impression but it seem to me like most people who applied in September and got test invites had receiver AOR by regular mail - I don't think I have seen any September applicant who got AOR by email and already got a test invite ? maybe that's why it feels like it "slowed...

For the period after July 2013 I did check the CBSA records against the CBP records and they match. For the period before that the CBSA records shows entries to Canada and the CBP records show entries into the US -- each of those records (be that CBSA or CBP) should be good enough on their own...

All exit date/times were correct but again, I requested the 4 year period but they only had records starting on July 2013. I did travel to other countries in the 4 year period but either it was before July 2013 or I went first to the US then the other country. I looked at the letter today and...
