No, I didn't include any police check in my original application. Yes, I only used TA/RA work experience. :)

They asked me for a police certificate from China, my home country. It's weird they didn't ask me a police check in Canada. I didn't attach it in the original application either. But I am going to send them both documents anyways. :)

I am sorry to say that PhD stream cap had been reached till least early December. So I don't think you should be waiting. Consider other choices maybe.

Hi Geotherm, At what point did you send your pcc? Were you sending them directly to CPC-Ottawa (I know they have an address to receive pcc). Did you put a note to them? How can you know it worked? Thanks for your explanation!

I think you should at least wait for AOR from Visa Office. I am in the same boat. I didn't send my policy check with my application and waiting for their request, which I assume will come together with MR.

I don't think it can be sent now, he has to wait for they ask for it... As for the dates, I suggest you get an updated one if you can....

In my case, I got my UCI number from my Student Visa. So Faranak59.a link you mean the first line doesn't guarantee a PER? It can be a NER too? Thanks for your help.
