randev, going through the link looks like CIC would give priority to employers and not to employees(FSW applicants under this scheme), as the page and information was specifically for employers

So was this PER for your CEC application or FSW?? and I guess while you applied for FSW you did select the arranged employment offer, right?? I am just curious to find out if CIC processes CEC or FSW(with job offer applications faster??) as CEC or FSW(with job offer) applications would be less...

I agree Oscar7. Have you heard of any cases or anyone who had done similar thing and blocking payment for 2nd application impacting the 1st(which might me at CIO by the time 2nd application is worked on by CIC)??
