Yes. I sent a mail on 18th June and they cared to reply today. I cant possibly think of any one particular reason. Possible reasons could be: 1. NOC mismatch according to CIC 2. IELTS expiry (25th May 2014) - Application receive date (9th May 2014) 3. Sheer bad luck Don't know what to do now...

My application is still not back. City of residence is New Delhi so most probably it should have reached me if it was rejected by CIC. My CC is still not charged. Wonder what's going on with my application. Probably CIC is contemplating direct PR for me ;D

Even I received my application last year via ordinary post only. But, that took 2 months. This year, Nithya and GTiwana have received their applications pretty quickly. Guess there is a change in process by CIC. Hence the question. Thanks, Rohan.
