Dear, i received similar letter (word to word) from VO requesting for only PP of me and my family along with Updated Information Chart ONLY. The whole letter was of three pages (page numbers marked as 1 of 3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3) so meaning that there was no 4th page, where else your new letter...
