We are nearing the end of our permanent residence application. If we wanted to spend a few nights in Toronto in June and then fly from there to Vancouver (where we plan to reside), is that okay to do or do you need to arrive in the province you plan on residing in?

This may be a silly question but the sponsor does not need to send photos and passport, right, just the principal applicant?
