delay because of not reciving e-mails

i received my file number mail by post on 9 Oct.,2018 and when i checked my status it shows my medical instructions was sent on 28 Sep., 2018 but i didn't receive it yet. what should i suppose to do now?

Should be sent to PA’s email. Check junk mail, etc

Call CIC right now and tell them your problem. Medical instructions normally give you 30 days to complete the medical examinations
