Thanks polara. But I am looking for the information that Canada govt provides for day care expenses. Couple of things I heard are the amount paid is based on family earnings( line 236) & this amount is directly paid to Day care center. I need more information on this.

You don't need to submit Canada police certificate. However, in case they need, they would request you to submit after filling your application.

Medical examination should be taken after ITA irrespective of CEC or FSW. It is upfront medicals. You can't file application without uploading medical exam acknowledgement.

If you are applying under EE, there isn't a need for Birth Certificate for primary and dependant applicant's. However, for child, you need one.
