What I have noticed till now is that only guys being sponsored by their Canadian wives are called for interviews. Does anyone know of any women being called for interviews?

My husband called them yesterday and they have absolutely no record of our application. My husband asked them to atleast confirm if they recieved it and the agent said they will check and we should call after 4 weeks.

Thanks missmini and Dr Eng X. Where can I find the receipt number? I just have the tracking number from when I couriered the application. Absolutely no communication from them after that.

Can I log into ECAS if I haven't received an AOR?

When you say you will receive a decision, do you mean that the sponsor will be approved or that the person being sponsored will get the spouse visa?
