I am considering sending by DHL ocean. I checked Jet Airways and they say from Bombay to Toronto you are allowed two 23 kg bags. But they don't fly to Vancouver. They give you an Air Canada flight from London and till London you are only allowed one piece of luggage. How stupid is that? So till...
