You would get your ita at a score. If you add your spouse your score can go up or down so your ita is not valid. Best case is that they will reject the ita and you would go back in the pool. Have you done Wes and ielts?

Unless you have the ielts and Wes done already you don’t really have a chance. Any even if you’re case is genuine the IRCC won’t see it like that. You will be considered as one of those that get a high score without a spouse and then try to bypass the system by applying for visa for spouse just...

i disagree..i have my sis who got married after receiving the ita. after she informed that she got married, they rejected her application on basis of fraud. a lot of people do this fraud. now she cannot apply for another 5 years. my suggestion, wait until you get married and then apply with spoude

wes doesnt ask you to send the original degrees. the only option is for the university to send them to you or to wes directly

Oh wow, that was quick. Unfortunately, my university does not have any electronic transmission method. This is like most universities. So thats whya most people having such difficulties. May i ask which was your university?

I would like to know, in the current situation how long is WES taking to do the ECA. I have seen some people getting it in 2 days but some are still waiting until december. Can anyone give their update from May or June onwards
