Could your parents write a lease agreement and back date it 12 months? Do you have cell phone bills? Bank accounts, joint and/or separate? Car insurance? Drivers licenses with current address? All these things will help

Current wait times are approximately 4 months from the application is received at IRCC.

PA already paid $255 for the OWP. But PA was valid at the time we sent the application. Now PA is no longer valid so we have to pay the extra $200 for restoration of status. That's my understanding

Oooh thank you! I know one was changed in October. I had already completed it and had to change it out before submitting.

We will be able to send the restoration application in with the PR application. It's just that the fee for restoration is $200. I cost that could have been saved if Service Ontario had sent my marriage certificate on time.

I have good Hope's for you that it should be ok. In my case, if the reason is in fact my marriage certificate , it is out of my hands. I called Service Ontario multiple times and sent in a report. It is finally being sent to me but a week too late as it appears .

I sent my app on Nov. 23, received Nov. 28. I know it was sent back yesterday as I called IRCC today and they told me. If they return your app, it is sent back the day you should receive AOR

My app is being sent back... just got of the phone with IRCC... Only info I have is that it was missing info... I could not submit a marriage certificate as we had not received one before we submitted. I included an explanation and a screenshot of my purchase order as well as tracker stating it...

Another question When linking app, Number of persons on app PA + sponsor = 2 Would you count a non accompanying minor and put 3? The minor will not receive a Visa as a result of the application. That is for a later time.

When calling IRCC, what numbers did you choose so that you may speak to a live agent? I'm wanting to call and ask for our file number.

I want to call CPC but I do not know our file number. Any advice on which channels I take to speak to a live agent?

I do try daily and nothing so far. As soon as I have that certificate I will send it we form. Hopefully they will get it in time and not send my app back!
