Guys, my app was denied as my lead statement doesn't match the noc. Is there anyway to appeal or reasses without have to reapply?

when they first introduce the phd stream, they change that to 8 mths. then towards end of 2012 / early 2013, it was updated to 15 mths. Now they have changed that to 13 mths (lowering it down). But don't forget, they are averaging the time out with other federal skilled worker applicants which...

Almost everything with exception to things like police cert, ielts results can be send via email.

Apparently, you would need to post a couple of replies first before you are allowed to send private message. So just participate more in the forum and then check to see if that feature has been enabled for you.
