I am at 478 and waiting since June 2016, I received ITA during 9th march draw but I couldn't complete documentation on time and my ITA lapsed. I hope to get ITA by the end of this year.

I received ITA on March 23 but I could not complete documentation on time, so lost the chance to submit my application. But now as per the current trend, I see no hope of getting an ITA again. My IELTS scores are going to expire on 25-10-2017. What are my options now? What should I do now?

My main problem is the Job Title, it does not match with the NOC 2174 even thought the job duties does match.

But my job duties are that of Computer Programmer. I develop and Maintain software for my institute on daily basis.

You mean I am eligible to apply under NOC Code 2174?
