I have the same stream and VO, my status is the same too. I ordered my gcms notes, it says my eligibilty is passed, and security not started. So I guess yours is the same. Let's keep waiting!

My AOR is 25 Jan PNP-O, and I have passed my eligibility test about a month ago, so I'd suggest you to order gcms notes to find out if your eligibility is review required?

You can upgrade your report to "document-by-document", and fill out both your bachelor and master degree, when WES process it, they will give you a new report which have both of your degree. But once you upgrade your report and paid, the old report will expire, they will give you a new ECA...

I added a credential (my bachelor) on WES. To speed up WES, I used "Document-by-Document evaluation", which takes 7 business days. Then I ordered duplicate report to IRCC, it will convert the report to ECA report and you can send it to OINP.
