So I need to have 440 points first, and apply for PR second, and then receive the AOR, and then apply for the extension of work permit? What if I only have 430 points and am in the pool. Can I apply extension in this case? Any other method to make me eligible to work?

For my case, I used to try IRCC Web form. I wrote an explanation letter through http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp?_ga=2.201777942.628428297.1533784266-641173514.1522114991. You need to figure out if this is helpful for you coz I am not sure if your case is basically qualified...
