Only if you have two post secondary qualifications and one of them must be three or more years.

Although OOPNP application guide clearly states that education must be minimum Bacholer Degree.However some people including me got inviitation under this program with three year advanced diploma. Still not sure if i can apply for it trying to contact OOPNP to clear this out.

No idea still thinking what to do. I tried to contact OPNP office today sent an email to them but did't get reply. I don't believe this is a system bug just my personal opinion. Any suggestion??

Yes I got Invitation today. Have three year advanced diploma from ontario + two year post secondary diploma from India with ECA.
