my concern is that i not using part time work experience to get eligible in CEC. I m using that experience to claim points only. CEC clearly states that part time work experience will not count while studying. But there is no information that u cannot claim points in express entry for part time...

even i have full time job offer but i read on this thread that you can select No to that because that question is more specific to LMIA job holders. if you don't want to change that option you can upload your job offer for the job you are currently working on.

GCMS notes contains detailed description of the file. if there is anything specific due to which visa officer refused application. it will contain way more information. it take 4 weeks to get GCMS notes. Someone has to be in canada to apply those notes. 5$ is fees.

I am thinking to apply again paper application. i was so confident attached documents more than enough. May be i will order GCMS notes first. This is so frustrating after two months they sending refusal.

you will recieve passport request if there is positive decision on your application otherwise they will just send refusal letter they will not ask for passport in that case. you might have to wait as you can see i applied on 15 jan still waiting for decision. i don't think so there is any...

No still waiting. already 34 days gone. Lets see if they come back with something within 40 days. Then we can say timeline is 35-40 days
