maybe they mistakenly took it as real medical..just tell em you need check up and you want to be sure before real medical and you dont need to send it to embassy....

am in same boat..i submitted medicals+pp in early jan 2012.. you should expect visa very soon..the max is 3 months i heard.. oh and ecas is of no use mine also says app received lol please keep me updated about your status..thanks

cic requests for complete medical at first ..it includes chest x-ray, blood test for hiv or any other std.. they check eyesight,blood pressure,urine test etc....if there are any problems then they request some lab tests..its usually sputum test.. sputum test is test of saliva(spit) the person...

lol man..1 month is too long time..even 2 weeks is too long for pcc...did you read the sample letter? cic requested docs in 60 days or application could be rejected! and you waste 30 days on getting pcc..lol no offense bro but you should consult some good immigration lawyer if you dont want to...

how can you not have a certificate :o if they have lost it ,then they can get a duplicate..but its a tedious process

you mean letter missing on visa stamp? then contact the embassy..you can find their phone number on web..just google it..

it depends on college/university you applying to.. usually 6.5 and not less than 6 in any module is ok

toronto has better it job market..you can research on your own if you want.. but you should get some sort of internationally recognized certificate like cisco certificates to get a job.. because canadian employers dont even bother to interview people without canadian education in most cases

in jan 2011..took them a year to request pp+medicals+updated educational docs.. now waiting for visa ;D

70 percent of it job market in is ontario..and you have ccna certification..you will get an entry level job dont worry..

wow a month?it doesn't take that long in punjab.. i just got forms from my lawyer..they can be downloaded from internet too.. just fill them and attach proofs like birth certificate ,3-4 photos..etc and then i went to local police station..they signed and verified it(rs 800 bribe for 4 pcc :p)...

in my case ,we even have medicals done and pp sent..but ecas still says application recieved lol
