Yes. Same with us. Last time we applied, the letter cane 2 days before refusal thats why im pretty sure his TRV application didnt approve.

We just recieve the corespinse letter which shows his biomatrics validity on the cic account. I think he is rejected becuase for my sister application, she recieved the ppr and cor letter together. Last time also he recieve his biomartics validity first and then after 3 days his refusal.

No. I email the Ankara office but I receive reply from CPC Ottawa. They said the application is waiting for an officer to review it. I guess his application will be reject due to the purpose of visit and competition date.

it makes it difficult for him to get visa however I know people with no travel history to develop countries like UK, AU, NZ, or Europe get approval for TRV,

did he visited any European countries? that will help a lot. after he visit Canada and return to Iran, apply for her wife alone and she has the better chance.

yes.... it makes it sooooo hard to convince visa officer that wife and husband from Iran will come and return specially if they don't have children.

Hello.... give some time and take a support letter from your MP for ONLY your brother. its good if your brother go for a vacation in Christmas time to have another visa on his passport.

Keep hope. We got visa Aftet 4 times.... And no, it doesnt mean he got visa. It means more check on his document as they have some doute probebly.
