    All public funded colleges like these two carry equal values. Facilities wise i would say seneca is better and regarding loaction that u can check for yourself on maps which suits you better.

    u have to choose biometric enrolment. if u opt for emergency option u have to show proof of emergency at vfs at the time of your appointment.

    All public funded colleges carry same reputation. The employer will give same weight-age to all these colleges. So look for some other criteria like to rank them.
