Don't know what SVO is doing. I have applied on May but my app file was missing for 3 months and after calling every day there they responded that 2 papers are missing but they were there, What happened is I understand they scattered our files and lost them and it took 2 months to notify us...

Don't worry be positive and everything will go as it should be :) Our file is processing at Singapore visa office, they are kind of slow too. Got medical on 2nd Jan 2018 and passed it on 8th Jan. Now waiting.. but still no background check yet.
