Did you try calling them?

I tried calling DHL to know about it but the phone number I had is no more in service. You should try going to Fedex or Dhl office and talk to them about it. Did you try calling IRCC about sending your PCC via Web form or GcKey?

Thanks for updating. Looks like your app is processing as it should be :), don't know anything about mine yet. Nothing on GcKey nor Ecas. This what our GcKey status shows. I think there will be no more details before PPR for me, maybe there will be BGC and DM 2/3 days before my PPR. Keep us posted.

Hi. we have the same message on our ecas and they asked us for some missing documents through email. If you didn't get any email or letter you should ask your representative about it if he/she got any email asking for any documents for your application.
