i got the same reply from VCM today in reply to my CSE I sent yesterday!!! "Please be advised that your application is currently awaiting review by an immigration officer. We will be in contact with further information once this review has taken place."

maybe because the nature of application that LVO is handling is different from NDVO and other visa offices, this might imply longer time for BG checks and security clearance. I'm just trying to find a logical reason behind this turtle speed.

since you haven't submitted those with your application, I advise you ordering them now, and send them to LVO once you have them in hand, and keep a copy with you for reference. Later in the process, you may only be asked to submit a fesh one for Pakistan since you still live there.
